Agreement. By using this website or booking any service from Astrology by Radhikesh, you agree to these terms.
The nature of our services. All readings, consultations, coaching, gemstone guidance, mantras, and articles are based on Vedic astrological principles and are provided for insight, guidance, and spiritual support only. They are not medical, mental-health, financial, or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for consultation with licensed professionals in those fields. Decisions you make remain your own responsibility.
No specific outcome is guaranteed.
Booking and payment. Sessions are booked through this site and confirmed personally, typically within 24 hours. Payment is due as stated at booking [CONFIRM: at booking vs. after confirmation], by the payment methods offered (including PayPal and major cards). Prices are listed on the Services page and may change; the price at the time of your booking applies.
Rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds. [CLIENT MUST CONFIRM — proposed default:] You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours, and missed sessions, may be charged in full.
Completed sessions are non-refundable. Email-based services (Prashna, Muhurta) are non-refundable once the answer has been prepared.
Gemstone consultations and orders. The gemstone consultation fee ($25) is credited toward your gemstone purchase if you proceed. Gemstone pieces are custom-made to order based on your chart, budget, and design choices; because each piece is made for one person, custom orders are [CONFIRM: non-refundable once production begins / subject to what policy]. Stone characteristics described (origin, treatment status, weight) are provided in good faith from our sourcing.
Your information. You agree to provide accurate birth details and contact information; readings depend on them. Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Recordings. You are welcome to record your own session for personal use. Recordings of sessions, and all site content, may not be published, sold, or redistributed without written permission.
Intellectual property. All content on this site — text, articles, images, and the Astrology by Radhikesh and Sacred Gems names — belongs to us or our licensors. Sacred texts and mantras reproduced here belong to the tradition; our presentations and translations of surrounding content are ours. You may share links to this site freely.
Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse this site: no unlawful use, no scraping or republishing content at scale, no interfering with the site's operation, and no submitting another person's private information without their consent.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts of third-party providers (payment processors, schedulers, hosting).
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Alachua County], Florida. [ATTORNEY TO CONFIRM venue/arbitration preference.]
