Privacy Policy
Who we are. Astrology by Radhikesh ("we," "us") operates this website from Alachua, Florida, serving clients worldwide. Questions about this policy: yourdestiny108@gmail.com.
What we collect. We collect information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number if provided, birth details (date, time, and place of birth) when you request a reading or gemstone consultation, your questions and messages, and payment information when you book a service. We also collect standard technical information automatically: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, through cookies and similar technologies.
Why we collect it. To provide readings, consultations, and gemstone services; to schedule sessions and process payments; to reply to your messages; to send our newsletter and occasional updates if you subscribe; and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Birth details are sensitive to us. Your birth information is used only to prepare and give your reading. It is never sold, shared for marketing, or used for any purpose other than the service you requested.
Email. You receive marketing email from us only if you sign up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is honored promptly. Transactional messages (booking confirmations, replies to your inquiries) are sent as part of providing the service.
Who else processes your data. We use trusted third-party services to run this site, each governed by its own privacy policy: Wix (website hosting and forms), Calendly (scheduling), PayPal and payment card processors (payments — we do not store your card details), Google (analytics, reviews display, embedded YouTube videos), and our email newsletter platform [CONFIRM platform name]. Share buttons (WhatsApp, Facebook) send data to those platforms only if you use them.
Cookies. This site uses cookies for essential functions, analytics, and embedded content. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the site's cookie banner lets you manage non-essential cookies where required.
How long we keep information. Contact and inquiry information is kept as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email yourdestiny108@gmail.com. We respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days. We do not sell personal information.
Children. This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Readings concerning a child's chart are requested by and provided to the parent or guardian.
Changes. We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
